For employment purposes although some like arkansas couldnt care less.

There aren’t many reasons why your brother shouldn’t be able to go to culinary arts school. It is unlikely that the school will even run a background check on him when he submits his application. If they do, it shouldn’t matter a large amount unless the crime he was committed of was violent…in that case, he may be asked to explain the finer details of the crime.

The job after the job market and not waste money on him check would be run on school have him check out the fact.

There should be no problem with this at all—
unless — maybe– it is one of those snooty little uppity houtie toutie hoo haws that turn out “chefs” who get paid criminal wages to drizzle extremely expensive sauces over under-portioned servings of illegally imported baby seal steaks !!!
