Can I learn culinary arts without going to school?

For new cooks even though im not really new cook.

some restaurants offer classes during the week. or u could find a culinary school and go to the bulliten boards in them. u can usually find a study group that’ll let u joing them or a tutor dirt cheap. good luck.
