Culinary arts schools (LBCC or LATTC)?

I really would like to pursue a Culinary Arts Program and I’ve come down to two schools that interest me. Long Beach City College and Los Angeles Trade Tech. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on which school I should attend? Does that make a difference?

LATTC is the better culinary school. LBCC has a better academic program, but if they even offer culinary arts, they are not known for it.
