Where can I find CHEAP BUT GOOD CULINARY ARTS SCHOOL IN METRO MANILA? (Preferably Q.C.)?

Culinary Schools in the Metro are EXPENSIVE!!

Please someone, anyone!! Tell me where I can find a cheap but good cooking school. I am willing to allot one day of my weekly life for this. If you can share as much detail as you can (fees, quality, etc.) that would be great!
