What kind of Culinary Careers are there besides resturant management?

I just recently moved to the Cincinnati area and I have always been involved in the pizza business. I just recently took a management position at Sbarro’s about a month ago and find myself deeply involved in the culinary aspect of the resturant business and I enjoy it so. Although I am kind of tired of Quick Service Companies. I would really like to develop my resume to allow me to become a manager in a full service/fine dining resturant any good suggestions?
