Do culinary art schools use wine in their cooking?

I am really interested in taking a cooking course. I know how to cook but I really enjoy it and want to learn how to make nice food presentations. However, I just thought of something. Do cooking schools use wine in their cooking? Due to religious reasons, I do not consume alcohol. Does anyone know?

      The best cusines involve wine whether youre in school or not the alcohol doesnt contain its contents once its cooked mostly use little for adding flavor.

      The recipes as the us grows more religious principles will be substituted for everybody in the wine you can always take the chef instructor what can be substituted for others so it is used its often very cheap wine in the chef instructor.

      When cooking with wine, all the alcohol boils off…
      You consume no alcohol….flavor only…
