good culinary art schools to go to?

Posted by admin
TO<3MN asked:

i want to go to a culinary arts school(to take up bakery and pastry) but i don’t know which one i should consider? like i plan on working in a hotel or a bakery or something(not quite sure yet) and then go on to management then i eventually want to own my own little bakery. so i was wondering what schools are the best? also are there like brochures on the different school that i can get or sign up for a membership where they send stuff like that?

thank you:)
