How do I get into a culinary art school?

Im 16 a sophomore in high school and im planning on taking an academy class called culinary arts 1 for junior year and culinary arts 2 for senior year but my grades aren’t that good in school. and i was wondering how to get into a culinary art school and do my grades matter?

      Most culinary schools require that you have at least a 2.5GPA.
