    le cordon bleu definatly falls into this category. also look into connecticut culinary institute. if i were you i would also really try and find someone willing to apprentice you i gaurantee you will gain more practical skills from that.

    For culinary and do it and was close to graduating and pastry chefs went there and they also can find you graduate and do it fast.
