   I would work in a resutarnt first. Try to get on somewhere that will hire you for kitcjen help and also waiting tables so you get a good idea of what is needed out of every person in the kitchen. ANd don;t forget to pitch in a help the dishwasher out if they need/want/ will accept your help.

   The restuant business is so hard to make it in. It is better to work for someone else .AT least for a while.
