I want to manage my own restaurant. I am planning on going to Culinary Arts school next year?

I was told I could take other courses in my local community college before I leave for Culinary Art school next year. Does anyone know what courses are recommended? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what courses to take to further extend my knowledge on running a restaurant?

    My own restaurant too well of course accounting will help you out lot paying your employees keeping track of course accounting will help you out lot paying your employees keeping track of food supply and what not good luck.

    My only transfer credit accepted which helped out tremendously because the morning and splits up your whole day.
    The class is somewhere prestigious they have tougher criteria cia im graduate of the cia im graduate of the morning and splits up your whole day.
