Le Cordon Bleu? is it worth it? (Culinary Art, Cooking)?
I was looking at culinary art schools and I realized that LCB stands out the most!
I’m asking for opinions from people who actually got certified from LCB!
1. I am looking at Culinary Arts Diploma Programs @ LCB… is this the highest and most respected certification out there to become a chef?
2. Was it worth it? I realized that tuition is quite high.
3. Once you are certified for “Le Cordon Bleu Le Grand DiplĂ´me”, do you start from bottom? like an assistant in a restraunt? or can you get offers from big restaurants as the main chef? just curious!
4. I like to hear more information if you’d like to share! I’m looking at campuses in Paris or London
Thank you
