Here are a few links to the cooking/chef schools in the Twin Cities area.

1st Link: Le Cordon Bleu (College of Culinary Arts)
Situated in the center of the Midwest, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Minneapolis/St. Paul provides Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts and can help prepare students for opportunities in the food service industry.

Our partnership with Le Cordon Bleu offers students a blend of European tradition with North America’s industry-current technologies.

Intensive, practical, and comprehensive, Le Cordon Bleu is recognized worldwide as one of the finest cooking-school programs available.

2nd link is to a smaller school in downtown Minneapolis and they are having an open house 1/21/08.

3rd link is Hennepin Technical College (pull down culinary link)

4th link is Dunwoody---Not for culinary, but FOOD SCIENCE! (Trust me--better money and hours that a food service worker!)

Hope that helps!
