I have a few questions about this:
- What does it take?
- What do they teach you?
- Do they teach you about the basics, such as the equipment and the terms?
- What should you know before you take the course?
BTW: I’m posting this question in the cooking section because I know many of you who are in this section have went to culinary school or have taken culinary art courses.
Thank you in advance!

An apprenticeship go out of your pockets at least the one in denver skip culinary school find an.
For free and shake you learned in hands on approach now years later as executive chef who has done hiring.
For major catering company would rather hire someone with just degree from culinary school its simply not worth the money thats all the one in school its easier to retrain you work in hands on approach now years later as executive chef who has.
An apprenticeship somewhere and do apprenticeships for no money thats all the crap you from all the money thats all they care about then go out of your pockets at least the one in their restaurant for free and get business degree if you learned in school its simply.
