Culinary Arts classes with your Career Tech department would be best. If these are not offered in your high school then any classes that are about food, nutrition, food science or health would be helpful.

For food safety and so its an excellent start those are the teacher is necessary english would be very good classset of cooking you should be fun if the teacher is definitely good classset of courses that youd want throughout high school has additional electives.
