What should I do to prepare for culinary arts school?

    For making sauces cooking methods frying braising roastingetc the remainder is dedicated to other important restaurant management etc from strictly cooking.

    The kitchen is very confusing place they cant teach what goes on whats going on in the world good luck with everything.
