What type of degree should i aim for in Culinary Art School?

I want to attend cooking school in a few years and i was wondering. What degree should i get, because there are multiple choises. I want to be a pro cook possibly at a resturant for some years. Than possibly open up a resturant down the road. For whatever you suggest, what to i need to know before going to learn that thing? Thank you.

      The main idea would go if you will get paid lot more and so many years of culinary school if you go as your money limit lets you go as your money limit lets you have lot.
