You could try the Center for Culinary Arts (link to their website below), they have an assortment of courses available. The price of a one-day course is around P5,000 and the Fundamentals of Baking and Pastry Arts is about P50,000 (!!!) for the complete 5 week course. I’ve taken some of CCA’s short courses and enjoyed myself. They have pretty good facilities and instructors, and classes are hands-on and not just demos like in some places.

Heny Sison also has a cooking school, but I haven’t taken any classes. Other baking and cooking schools advertise their courses in the major papers such as the Manila Bulletin, the Inquirer and Star.
