Would you recommend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Schools or a Community college?

I am scared that my classes at a community college will get full by the time of my registration date.

Is the Le Cordon Bleu school good? I mean, would I learn the same things as I would in 4 months rather than 4 semesters in a community college?

Is a diploma in culinary arts valid?

      For you are still feeling things out and then maybe attend lcb may be great reputation in culinary arts etc then lcb once you are already 100 sure what you want to do.
